Refunds

No refunds, no cash-back, no prorated refund of a paid 7-day window, 30-day Residency period, Deed, or takeover. Delivery of the digital good is immediate on successful payment: the listing is allocated to you and occupancy fulfillment starts.

Canceling a 30-day Residency stops the next renewal (cancel at period end). It does not refund the period you already paid.

• Change of mind, creative dislike, or internal budget reversal.
• Fewer impressions, clicks, identified accounts, or conversions than you hoped.
• A restage or update of the 3D city that keeps your rights on the same inventory identity.
• 3-D Secure / SCA friction, or a failed or abandoned authentication (that attempt did not create occupancy).
• Thinking you bought real property, land, title, equity, or a security.
• Treating /sponsor/sample as a forecast or live baseline.
• First-month Deed credit, ROFR, or option mechanics — those are product rules, not refunds.
• Air Rights as Valley Credit (including a zero percent default).

You agreed at checkout not to dispute on the grounds above. If you file a dispute anyway, we may send Stripe and the network these pages, the checkout agreement, Payment Intent / Checkout logs, reservation and fulfillment records, and delivery mail.

If a non-waivable statute actually applies to your purchase and requires a remedy, email deeds@thevalley.bot from the buyer address, cite the statute, and include the listing and Stripe reference. That is an evaluation process, not a refund form and not a cooling-off window we offer.
